When I started working with Nikki I didn’t have a grip on the importance of my role in making a performing team and my team weren’t functioning. At the time if felt strange as everyone was working hard but I seemed to spend most of my time unpicking fights and feeling like my team didn’t have the same passion as me as I seemed to pick up so much. It turned out they absolutely did have the same passion but we hadn’t developed the right trust to be able to communicate our failures and worries. After her intervention Nikki continues to work with my team and me and we’ve since become the largest independent AI company in Europe.
