The aims of our Inclusive Programmes

Educate…

  • To move you away from the damaging “group think” mentality and ensure that your Leaders are inclusivity-minded and future focused.
  • To become truly conscious and choiceful about how your thinking and actions affect your company culture and therefore how people behave in your organisation.

Evolve…

  • To help you connect Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging to the vision and goals of your company, ensuring you are clear on the “why”.
  • To recognise and retain your current and future diverse talent, invest in women with high potential, include and galvanise your men into action, and shift the conversation to inclusion and belonging and away from Diversity.

Equalise…

  • To give your people an equal share of voice and create an environment in which people can think as themselves and therefore for themselves

“Businesses with the most diverse leadership (Gender, Ethnicity and Cultural) are 33% more likely to lead in profitability compared with their peers.”

McKinsey &Co.

Executive Coaching

Developing great leaders creates a ripple of performance through the business by leaders having an un-biased person with whom to talk through challenges, plans and decisions critical to success. Highly impactful 1:1 coaching will go deeper into thinking patterns and assumptions, uncovering blockers and enablers, and catalysing a leader to reach their full maximum potential.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) has provided a number of studies showing the coaching usually generates a ROI of between 4x and 8x of the investment made. In a Forbes recent study, the client reported ROI consistently falls between 340-700%. 96% of executives who have had coaching would hire a coach again (ICF).

Unconscious Bias Workshop

Mentoring, Sponsorship and Networking
