He has significant commercial corporate experience developing
organisational change, acquisition, rationalisation, growth & turnaround
strategies in Growth, Medium & Large organisations, across multiple
sectors, including Technology, Online, Pharma, Finance, Digital,
banking, Insurance, Consulting, Data, Mobile, Media, Manufacturing &
Professional Services, as a Leader, Director, Coach and Mentor.
 
Mike’s coaching style is direct, supportive and action-oriented. He provides a critical ear and a (sometimes challenging) sounding board. He uses his previous experience and the capability of the coachee, to guide, discover, define and then execute the most appropriate actions to achieve the desired results. Mike is a Cognitive Behaviour Coach, member of The British Psychological Society & Hogan Leadership Personality Assessor, so has the tools to develop positive change, as well as the experience and credibility of having ‘sat in the seat’.
