When I started working with Nikki I didn’t have a grip on the importance of my role in making a performing team and my team weren’t functioning. At the time if felt strange as everyone was working hard but I seemed to spend most of my time unpicking fights and feeling like my team didn’t have the same passion as me as I seemed to pick up so much.
