I have worked with Nikki over several years both individually on a one to one basis and also as part of a Leadership team. On all occasions Nikki has brought great insight into the current situation and provided tools to build a vision for the future. Nikki creates an environment where people are confident to challenge each other that in my experience has led to improved communication and a better understanding of the people within the team.
