The duo each have netted over 30 years of experience actively working within the tech sector and worked fantastically in tandem to liberate female talent and pursue positive change. Nikki Watkins is an executive coach and organisational transformation specialist. She has developed a proven methodology for tackling the gender diversity issues created by unconscious bias in the tech sector. Focused on promoting the cause of Women in Leadership, Nikki’s desire to help women break through culturally defined barriers and achieve extraordinary things led to co-founding the Tech London Advocates WOMENINTECH working group as a dedicated campaigner for change.
