As Chief Evolution Officer of Tyche Leadership Consulting, Nikki is a key member of the Leadership Development and Executive Coaching teams at 360 Leaders and Nexec Leaders. She has a mission in life to ‘Release the Extraordinary’ in people and teams.

Having worked in companies including MARS, Dell, Business Objects and SAP, Nikki has built a reputation for instilling a sense of urgency into situations and producing systemic changes that directly strengthen performance.

She brings an exceptional track record in a range of disciplines from sales, customer services, trade marketing, organisational learning and development, talent management and HR leadership.

Swimming the Channel in Armbands

In 2011 Nikki decided to participate in a relay swim of the channel with 3 other women. Not only is this a feat that few people ever achieve (more people have climbed Everest than swum the channel), but made more extraordinary as she was a non-swimmer.

She shares her story to inspire others and to consider what they can do to live the extraordinary life we are all capable of. Nikki’s key points are:

  • The Mind and Body are inextricably linked
  • Align goals to long term visions and make it personal
  • The power of the team even when the goals are individual
