Nikki is an exceptional coach and an outstanding leadership facilitator!! I have had the pleasure to work with Nikki for the last six months as my executive coach and recognized early in our relationship that she was different from other coaches I have worked in the past. We not only focused on refining my leadership style, but also on integrating my authentic self into my leadership style. Earlier in the year, I also partnered with Nikki to facilitate an offsite to accelerate the process of building high performing team with leadership team that had never worked with each otheror with me as their leader. Nikki led a powerful session that built trust, bond and purpose that has set us up for success in the longer term within a hyper growth environment with a lot of change. I am not sure if I can work with another coach or facilitator other than Nikki unless she is able to clone herself :-). She is the best!!!
