Executive Coach and Facilitator

Tiginsu Watkins

Tiginsu (Tigi) is an executive coach and facilitator passionate about helping individuals navigate change, reconnect with their purpose and lead with greater clarity and confidence.

Tigi brings corporate experience from a number of fields including Marketing & Events, Procurement, Supply chain and Leadership development, along with culture and behavioural change. During her time at Unilever, she worked on leadership and culture development initiatives, supporting senior leaders across a global organisation. She has also had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from Brené Brown on her Dare to Lead programme, deepening her understanding of courage, vulnerability, and authentic leadership.

Her career has been far from linear. Having reinvented herself several times, she understands that navigating professional and personal transitions often requires us to challenge what we know about ourselves, redefine what success means and find the courage to move forward.

Her coaching style is warm, curious, and thought-provoking, creating space for meaningful reflection and purposeful action.

My best Evolution story:

Finding purpose through the unexpected turns in life.

We are meant to evolve. For me, this means staying curious, stepping outside our comfort zone and having courage to question the beliefs we hold. It means recognising that growth doesn’t always happen according to plan, and that sometimes the most meaningful chapters of our lives emerge from experiences we never anticipated.

Since 2015, I’ve been fascinated by the concept of “purpose”. I’ve spent years exploring this concept through research, workshops and personal development experiences around the world.

In 2022, I lost my mum suddenly. Losing her changed my perspective on life and made me question how intentionally I was living mine. It was a turning point that encouraged me to look more closely at my values, my ambitions and the kind of impact I wanted to have.

Rather than viewing purpose as something we discover once and have figured out for good, I’ve come to see it as something we continually explore and redefine as we evolve. Along the way, I’ve developed my own framework for helping leaders connect with their values, recognise their strengths, and find clarity when navigating life and career transitions.

I find the most rewarding part of coaching is witnessing what happens when someone begins to see new possibilities for themselves: when they move from feeling stuck or uncertain to recognising that they have more choice, agency, and potential than they first thought.

My next evolution: For me learning never stops. I’m currently completing my CIPD Level 5 certification in L&D and am undertaking a further coaching qualification at Henley Business School. I’m excited to see where this journey will take me!
